Compared to other strainer designs, the Model 91 T-Type Strainer has various advantages. The strainer is relatively small, which is useful in applications where space is limited. The Model 91, unlike most other strainers, may be installed vertically or horizontally, and the strainer screen can be cleaned without draining the strainer housing.
